i had my best 'bak chang' last year while holidaying at Taipei...It was served warm and the first bite really caught me off guard...
Cos i never thought that such a simple 'bak chang' could taste so GOOD!
While my sis can't resist the meatball soup...
We liked it so much that we went to search around for the shop again to satisfy our appetite b4 leaving Taipei...
p.s. however the service was quite bad cos very unfriendly... but the dumpling was real GOOD!
